A Message From Our Founder
After my family immigrated to the United States following the collapse of the USSR, I grew up translating, interpreting, and helping bridge communication gaps for the people I loved. Being bilingual wasn’t just a skill — it was survival. It shaped how I saw fairness, opportunity, and the quiet barriers that stand between people and the help they deserve.
That experience never left me. This is the reality for many in our country, but that doesn't mean it has to be a challenge.
Our Mission
Today, the legal field can still feel intimidating from every angle.
Clients who face language or cultural barriers often struggle to find representation they trust. And at the same time, new, small, or diverse legal providers want to serve their communities but face their own obstacles — bias, visibility challenges, and systemic inequities that make it harder to grow. Empath Legal exists to change that.

We are here to break bias, build access, and create a space where attorneys and clients can connect authentically and confidently.
